The 45 degree flaring tool is fabricated of steel yoke and swivel-type hardened steel and features a chrome-plated flaring cone.

5-Hole Flaring Bar

Heavy duty design forged from heat treated steel to ensure durability and strength.

5-Piece Flaring Adapters

The 5 pcs steel flaring adapters are for 3/16″, 1/4″, 5/16″, 3/8″,1/2″ (4.8, 6.4, 7.9, 9.5, and 12.7 mm) tubing.

How to Make Double Flares

Step 1

The steel tube need to highlight the caliper about 2-3 mm clamping.

Step 2

Put into flaring adapter, increase the swivel head until the pressure stops.

Step 3

Remove the adapter, clamp tight the swivel head to find the center of the tube, and increase the force until the pressure stops.
